admin Posted September 11 Posted September 11 Noria — MU Online Map Guide Noria is the Elf home town and the gentlest map in MU Online. It is a forest built in rings around a walled village: level 2 Spiders on the open ground east of the gates, level 18 Stone Golems out at the edges, and nothing in between that can kill a character who is paying attention. It is also a map most players walk through rather than hunt on — which is a shame, because of what stands in the village. Noria is one of only three places on the whole server with a Chaos Machine (the others are Lorencia and Loren Market), Charon is here to run you into Devil Square, and two of the map's three exits are the Atlans gate and the Aida gate. Potion Hunting Notes Levels 2 to 5 are the east half Spider runs one enormous band from (139,63) to (247,164) — 30 of them in a single rectangle, the widest low-level spawn zone in the game. Chain Scorpion at level 5 is the most numerous monster on the map at 36 spawns, layered over the same eastern ground plus two tight six-packs at (147,74) and (167,69). Goblins come in two shapes Ordinary Goblin (level 3) sits in five zones — two are tight clusters at (152,124) and (137,109), the other three are map-wide bands. Elite Goblin at level 8 has just two zones, and one of them is a single tile at (138,110). If you want Elite Goblins, that is where they are. Stone Golem is the top of the map Level 18, 465 HP, and 40 spawns — more than any other monster here. Four small clusters sit in the south-east around (197,149), (222,134) and (237,109), and one wide band covers the whole south-west from (4,168) to (115,248). Forest Monster and Agon share a home Both level 15-16, both placed in exactly the same three rectangles — the west strip (7,4) to (63,176), the centre (41,107) to (107,181), and the south (105,184) to (247,246). Eighteen of each, so that ground carries 36 monsters at once. The monkeys are event props, not monsters Green, White, Purple and Red Monkey stand on the map at level 100 with up to 9,000,000 HP and zero attack power. They belong to the monkey event and never fight back — do not mistake them for a boss. Noria holds the Aida gate Everyone knows the Lorencia exit at (150,6) and the Atlans exit at (242,240) at level 50. Fewer know that the gate at (220,30) opens Aida at level 150.
