admin Posted September 14 Posted September 14 Selupan — Raklion Hatchery — MU Online Event Guide Selupan is the spider queen at the bottom of Raklion: level 145 with 54 800 000 health, hitting for 2 500–3 000, placed once at (145,31) when the Hatchery opens. You do not fight her straight away. The Hatchery opens first, the eggs have to be cleared, and only then does she appear — with a short window before the zone closes again. Every rate below is read from that file. The bag system counts in ten-thousandths, so 10 000 means 100%. Property Value Bag name Monster_Selupan Chance of an item at all 100% Items per kill 3 Drop section rate 100% Zen yes Ruud 100 000 – 200 000 at 100% Ancient set items none — SetItemRate is 0 Classes allowed all 16 Level requirement none (1 to MAX) Reset requirement none (0 to MAX) Distinct items in the pool 90 (450 level variants) Options on what drops Every one of the 450 rows in the bag carries the same option flags, and they are all blank. Seed Spheres drop plain — the bag never rolls skill, luck, an option level, excellent options or sockets onto them. Attribute Value in the file What it means Skill 0 never Luck 0 never Option (+4 … +28) 0 never Excellent options -1 never Sockets 0 none Ancient / set item 0 no Elemental item 0 no Durability not set generated automatically The only thing that varies between rows is the item level — the +n on the sphere itself, which is what decides the strength of the option it gives when you mount it. What is in the bag The whole pool is Seed Spheres. Every element, every step in the range below, at the item levels shown — and three of them drop on every kill. Two numbers on the sphere decide that, and they do different jobs: On the sphere What it controls Element (Fire, Water, Ice, Wind, Lightning, Earth) the family of option you get +n item level which option inside that family — not how strong it is Step 6–20 how strong that option is So a Seed Sphere (Fire) [Step 20] +1 and a (Fire) [Step 6] +1 give the same option — attack speed — at very different values. SocketOption.xml defines Earth options at levels 0–3, but Selupan's bag drops Earth spheres at +1 to +4. A +4 Earth sphere has no option row behind it, and +0 Earth — Strength increase — never drops from her at all. Every other element lines up exactly. Boss condition drop On top of the bag, one item is keyed directly to Selupan in Monster_DropCondition.xml. The same item and rate are shared by the other world bosses. Item Chance Steel of Heaven 15.000% Her Skill Pattern Selupan cycles through six attack patterns. The number is the chance each one is chosen, so pattern 1 is what you will see most and pattern 6 is the rare one. Pattern 1 2 3 4 5 6 Weight 80 60 50 40 20 10 Notes The zone closes 5 minutes after she appears Selupan shows up 5 minutes into the event and the boss zone shuts 300 seconds later. With 54 800 000 health that is the whole fight — a party that is not already inside and ready will not finish her. The eggs are not filler Each Spider Egg carries 5 540 000 health and the event places 15 of them. They have to come down before the boss is reachable. There are two Selupans in the files — this is the one you fight MonsterList also defines a Selupan at index 922, level 900 with 5 500 000 000 health. The Hatchery does not place it. The boss the event spawns is index 459, level 145 with 54 800 000 health, and that is what every number on this page refers to. 2 500 to 3 000 damage a hit The 1500 ms delay between her skill landing is the only breathing room you get. She is the Seed Sphere boss Her bag holds nothing but Seed Spheres — 90 distinct ones across every element and step 6 to 20. Three drop per kill at 100%, and there is no chance of getting nothing. If you need spheres for socket gear, this is the fastest source on the server. Fire and Wind are the pulls worth keeping They are the only two elements with a level 5 option, so they have one more thing to roll into than the rest. Fire +5 is AG cost decrease and Wind +5 is AG value increase. Earth +4 has nothing behind it The bag drops Earth spheres at +1 to +4, but SocketOption.xml only defines Earth options at levels 0 to 3. A +4 Earth sphere maps to no option row, and +0 Earth (Strength increase) is never dropped by Selupan. Worth checking against your own config. Nothing drops with options Every row in the bag has Skill 0, Luck 0, Option 0, Exc -1 and SocketCount 0. The spheres come out plain; the only variation is the +n item level, which runs to +5 on Fire and Wind and only +3 on Lightning. The Ruud is guaranteed 100 000 to 200 000 Ruud at 100%, on top of the spheres and the zen. That is the quiet reason to run her even on a night the spheres are not what you need. Every 6 hours, starting at 18:00 That is 4 runs a day. Raklion itself needs level 630 to warp into, so the Hatchery is not early content. Schedules, entry levels, monster stats and reward tables read straight from the live MuEurope server files — Data/Events/, MonsterList.xml and ItemList.xml as they run on play.muonline.eu.
