5th Job Change — MU Online Season 19 Background Story To stand against ever-stronger monsters, warriors needed power to match them. After much sacrifice and research, a new power — Extra Damage — was discovered. NPC Eunice Eunice is the older sister of Sent, one of the 12 Priests of Light, and a guardian knight who serves the god of light, Lugard. Sent excels at swordsmanship, while Eunice fights with a large scythe (war scythe). She is one of the guardian knights dispatched to discover Extra Damage, and — like Sent — is on a mission to grant new power to the strongest warriors of the MU continent. She also has a friend who specializes in mechanical engineering, the most valuable craft on the continent, and is said to help with that research from time to time. Eunice (Devias 193, 12) Getting Started Space of Qualification This is the area where you prepare to start the quest, and where you form a party with the colleagues who will complete the quests with you. Enter through NPC Eunice in Devias [193, 12]. Only characters Level 1,200 or higher can enter. Space of Test Enter through NPC Eunice located inside the Space of Qualification. While in a party, when one member enters the Space of Test, all party members are moved there together. Quest 1 — New Power "Nuke" Quest Required Level Clear Condition Reward 1st 1,200+ Receive the Extra Nuke Damage buff and defeat Eunice within the 1-minute time limit. Unlocks Quest 2 Start through NPC Eunice in the Space of Test. Eunice appears together with the burning Kethotum monster. Completing it grants the Extra Nuke Damage buff; defeat Eunice within 1 minute to clear. Quest 2 — New Power "Bolt" Quest Required Level Clear Condition Reward 2nd 1,200+ Receive the Extra Bolt Damage buff and defeat Eunice within the 1-minute time limit. Unlocks Quest 3 Available after clearing Quest 1, through NPC Eunice. Eunice appears with the burning Kethotum monster. Completing it grants the Extra Bolt Damage buff; defeat Eunice within 1 minute to clear. Quest 3 — New Power "Wide Area" Quest Required Level Clear Condition Reward 3rd 1,200+ Receive the Extra Wide Area Damage buff and defeat Eunice within the 1-minute time limit. Character 5th Job Change 200 stat points 5th tree unlocked Extra Ability Cards (3 types: Nuke, Bolt, Wide Area) Unlocks the "Giant Vehicle" quest Available after clearing Quest 2, through NPC Eunice. Eunice appears with the burning Kethotum monster. Completing it grants the Extra Wide Area Damage buff; defeat Eunice within 1 minute to clear and receive the rewards above. Equip an Extra Ability Card in the 5th Ability Enhancement Tree to use Extra Damage. Giant Vehicle Quest (5th-Job Exclusive Mount) Required Level Clear Condition Reward 1,200+ Step 1: Give 300 Jewel of Creation to Eunice. Step 2: Defeat Eunice (riding the Giant) within the 1-minute time limit. Giant Mount (1 random of 3 types) Available after clearing Quest 3, through NPC Eunice. Creating the Giant mount requires 300 Jewel of Creation up front; hand them to the NPC, then the battle begins. Defeat the Giant-riding Eunice within 1 minute to clear and receive your Giant Mount. Giant Mount Mount How to Mount Effect Giant Click the mount/dismount button, or press Ctrl + X Increased movement speed A "Giant Mount / Dismount" button appears on screen once you own a Giant. Mount or dismount via the button or the Ctrl + X shortcut. Cannot be ridden at the same time as other vehicles (Muun, Guardian, Fenrir, etc.). New Abilities After the 5th job advancement, the character can acquire new abilities. Ability Description Extra Damage Three new damage types: Nuke, Bolt and Wide Area. Activates when using an Enhancement skill (4th job) or an Ability skill (5th job). Extra Damage Defense Defense that blocks incoming Extra Damage (Nuke, Bolt, Wide Area). Extra Damage Types Type Targets Description Nuke Single (1) Deals high Extra Damage to up to 1 target of the Enhancement/Ability skill used. Bolt Up to 2 Deals medium Extra Damage to up to 2 targets of the skill used. Wide Area Up to 10 Deals smaller Extra Damage to up to 10 targets of the skill used. After the 5th job change, Extra Damage is used in the Ability Enhancement Tree by equipping one of three ability cards: Nuke, Bolt, or Wide Area. Extra Damage Defense Type Description Extra Damage Defense Defense that protects against incoming Extra Nuke, Bolt and Wide Area damage. Check its options in the Effects and Options screen of the character window.
