Bound Wings — Magic Bell & Condor Magical Drop The Lock Magic Bell and Condor Magical Drop (and formerly the Garuda Magical Bell) are used to craft Bound Wings for every class. Bound Wings have the same stats as normal wings but are character-bound — they cannot be traded, sold or dropped — which makes them a cheap, reliable way for new and mid-level characters to get wings without buying them from other players. How it works: buy the matching empty Magic Solution from Priest James (Elbeland) with Ruud, then drag the Magic Bells / Drops into it to fill it. When the solution reaches 100% it becomes a Complete Magic Solution, which is then combined at the Chaos Goblin Machine (Regular Combination) to create the Bound Wings — 100% success.
